Retningslinjer for frakt
Article 22 - Delivery
Delivery takes place while stocks last. Delivery will occur at Brit & Boho, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Delivery of online ordered products will occur at the address provided by the customer. If the agreed amounts are not paid or not paid on time, Brit & Boho has the right to suspend its obligations until the agreed portion is fulfilled. In case of late payment, the customer cannot object to a delayed delivery.
Article 23 - Delivery Time
The delivery times provided by Brit & Boho are indicative and do not grant the customer any right to dissolution or compensation in case of exceeding these times, unless explicitly and in writing agreed otherwise. The delivery time begins when the customer has completed the (electronic) ordering process and has received an (electronic) confirmation from Brit & Boho. Exceeding the indicated delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or to terminate the agreement, unless Brit & Boho fails to deliver within 14 days after being formally requested to do so or if otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
Article 24 - Actual Delivery
The customer must ensure that the actual delivery of the ordered products can take place in a timely manner.
Article 25 - Transport Costs
Transport costs are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
Article 26 - Packaging and Shipping
If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the customer must have the courier or delivery person make a note of this before accepting the product, otherwise Brit & Boho cannot be held liable for any damage. If the customer arranges transport of a product themselves, they must report any visible damage to the products or packaging before transport to Brit & Boho, otherwise Brit & Boho cannot be held liable for any damage.
Article 29 - Storage
If the customer takes delivery of the ordered products later than the agreed delivery date, the risk of any quality loss is entirely for the customer
